I like this burger shop very much the fries are freshly prepared on site and they are the best I've eaten so far, the milk shakes are always fresh and delicious, the patties are great and the cheese is just delicious Clear recommendation

My son is delighted. As a "non-burger fan", I can't understand the prices.

A really good shop. The food tastes really good, the wait staff and the service are also very friendly. The prices are quite high despite the good quality, but not overpriced compared to other fast food chains.

Pig expensive. Because I'd rather go to a restaurant to eat! For the quality of the burgers, € 10 is guaranteed not to be adequate! And the fries for over € 5 without words.

Come in, staff look away again for a moment, as if you are being forced to work. Citizens taste good but the first impression is always the most important!

Been there for the first and last time. The burger is wrapped in foil. The fries are in a drinking cup, but a large part of them flies around loose in the paper bag in which all of the food is brought to the table. It's way too loud in the shop. And the whole thing is even more expensive than in a real restaurant. 2 stars, because it tasted at least halfway

Decor very good, staff very friendly. But ... burgers wrapped separately in aluminum foil make them mushy, meat far too little seasoned. Vegetarian options are limited to a "sandwich", i.e. a burger without a patty ... there has to be more nowadays. Fries generously but completely over-salted, the first 20 are really good, but then it doesn't work anymore.

Average store. First: Much too overpriced. Almost 10 euros for a burger with two patties and ingredients of your choice. Side dishes and drinks cost extra. There was only a hint of the barbeque sauce that I ordered in the burger. Meat juicy, but everything was relatively tasteless. In addition, the burger was wrapped in aluminum foil when it was served, which is a no-go for fatty foods. 2 stars for the burger with no wow factor. 5 stars for the fries. Simply delicious, well salted and extremely crispy. Ketchup or majo is free. The non-alcoholic drinks are free after paying once. The nice employee even said when leaving the restaurant that we should refill something. Thanks for the hint, we did too. Top. Very good service and very friendly. But all in all, the burger should be the highlight in a burger restaurant. Unfortunately it is not in this case. Obama, sorry.

The first and the last time that I was there. The order alone took forever, and they didn't want to understand that I wanted to buy Evian water that was listed as a drink. They said I had to buy a refill cup. Whether it was due to the language skills of the staff or the deafening volume can no longer be determined with certainty. Veggie sandwich has no sauce, no taste, nothing. French fries are extremely expensive, large quantities and quite crispy, but far too salty. Staff absolutely not courteous and weird. Shout a lot. Looks more like a trucker canteen. I have to leave now, too loud!

I finished my burger and suddenly I feel really dirty (dizziness, nausea, etc.). When I got home I had diarrhea straight away. For that, the staff is rude and speaks very, very bad German.

Almost twenty euros for a burger, fries and a drink? I can also go to a real restaurant there. The burger itself was really okay though. Especially the meat was juicy, just right through and tasted like something. The style of the shop is trimmed for classic US fast food. It's not cozy and darn loud. I had to scream when ordering. The wait was ok, 7 minutes for a burger.

Nicest employee in a long time! She explained everything very patiently and was just super friendly from start to finish. The food was delicious! The atmosphere takes getting used to. Something like a canteen. But still, gladly again.

Sorry, but nothing for vegetarians or vegans. The worst veggy sandwich that I have ever eaten or had to throw away. 1.) Completely loveless preparation, 2.) did not correspond to the ordered ingredients, 3.) mushy and totally bland in taste. Never again....

Friendly staff and delicious food as you know it from FiveGuys. Fresh fries and juicy burgers. As always, the drinks station is a highlight. The corona hygiene concept is being implemented well.

The food is a disaster, the fries aren't crispy but mushy The citizen (the bun) is mushy too tastes absolutely not tasty, I ordered the citizen with fried onions and champions, but unfortunately I didn't even see an onions and champions. In terms of price it is very expensive, for a small citizen who does not even taste 9.95 much too expensive.

Really worse and more unfriendly loading you think you order a menu but no everything is calculated individually, this is not explained to you beforehand and as if that is not enough you are parked in uncomfortable seats towards the toilet if you ask why you are not sitting in front on the benches May it is said that there are only two of you, really impudent loading never again so not recommended then go somewhere else except fries, the rest was bad

Super nice and friendly staff, the food tasted just as great as in America. The quality is noticeably high and it's just fun to be here. The drinks machine is also awesome and the milk shakes are super delicious. Of course, the whole thing is a little more expensive than McDonald’s, but it is definitely worth it.

NO TASTE! I am a big fan of 5 guys but somehow this one in Hannover managed to messed it up BIG TIME! I even tried the bacon separately and it had no taste whatsoever, who they achieved that?! No idea but definetly not going to this 5 guys anymore

The place is totally not recommended. Super expensive. Workers are unfriendly. Also me and my friend payed a different „tax price“. I paid 19%, she 7% from the original price. As I got, the difference was in „in Hause“ or „mit nehmen“, but nobody even didn’t ask us what do we want! The burger was not tasty, bread was cold and horrible. Quality/Prise is 0
